LOL That's one grumpy looking red panda. Might be a little of my fault...I whistled and made kissing sounds until it opened its eyes. ~*~Photographed @ Turtleback Zoo, NJ Please ask first and if I give permission you must give proper credit by providing a link to the original photo. Thank you!

I don't think he is grumpy looking, just dozy. No wonder when he was sleeping and you woke him up... All in all it's a nice picture: The red Panda is very cute and I like point of view and colors, although I wish the focus would be on his eyes and not somewhere on his coat.
Thank you for the comments He did look annoyed to me but I guess it's all a matter of opinion. lol. I always try to focus on the eyes, but it does kinda look like the coat is slightly more sharp.
Maybe it's a problem with your objective lens that the focus it not where you wanted to have it? Maybe a Front- or Backfokus? But nevertheless it's a nice picture! And yes, of course it's a matter of opinion.
I wondered that. I may see a camera professional about seeing if the lens is calibrated properly. I did not have that problem with the T3, but it seems to be more of an issue with the T4i. Thank you for the helpful suggestions
Yeah, you should really try that. I think I might have the same problem with one of my lens, but till today I did not want to give it out of my hands, but I think I should do it soon, so it can be tested...
It's a frustrating, annoying problem. But truth be told, some lenses just don't work well with certain cameras. In the end, I may sell this Tamron and get the Canon version, because the t4i has calibration software built in that works with most canon lenses.
